Current Opportunities
Ongoing company growth means we are looking to recruit an experienced, Mitel field engineer based in the M40 corridor. The successful candidate will be required to carry out installation and maintenance of Mitel 3300 platforms, and associated equipment, for existing and new customers. The role will be predominantly field based and you must be organised, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. At Incom, we pride ourselves on our friendly and professional customer service and the successful candidate would need to help us provide this.
Experience and attributes required:
- Mitel 3300 experience
- Installation and maintenance experience
- 1st and 2nd line support skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under own direction
- Full UK Driving Licence
The role will include:
- Engineering 1st line support
- Escalations with manufacturers
- Installation of systems MXe and CXi
- Programming changes
- Updating case/fault tracking information using our case management system
- Liaising with customers to update on progress of faults
- Nationwide site visits if required

Candidate Requirements
- Outbound calling experience with proven track record of appointment setting
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communications skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate and experienced using CRM software (Salesforce.com)
- Knowledge of telecoms is an advantage, specifically ShoreTel or similar platforms
- Competency with social media
- Ability to write detailed follow-up notes for business reporting
- Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
- Confident, self-motivated and driven
- Friendly personality and team player
Salary: Basic £22,000 - £26,000 plus uncapped commission.
We are seeking a Service Desk Engineering Assistant to join our existing Service team. A primarily office-based role, the position entails responding to faults on Mitel, liaising with service providers and updating customers. The successful candidate will have experience working for a telecoms company in a B2B Service Desk engineering customer support role dealing with first line responses, and escalations. It is essential you have an excellent telephone manner, are highly organised and computer literate.

- Logging line faults
- Experience on Abillity advantageous, however training can be provided
- Experience on other providers portals advantageous, e.g. Gamma, KCOM, Vaioni
The role will include:
- Engineering first line support capability
- Escalations with manufacturers, Mitel, ShoreTel, NEC
- Logging line faults
- Liaising with other service providers i.e. BT Openreach, Gamma
- Liaising with customers to update on progress of faults
- Logging and responding to telephone system faults on the in-house database
- Programming changes on telephone systems
- Nationwide site visits if required
We're seeking a Business Mobile Specialist to join our growing Sales team. This key position entails making outbound calls to existing and new customers (approximately a 50/50 split) to sell our B2B mobile solutions. The successful candidate will have a background in B2B telesales or business development. Training is provided, so previous experience in communications or the mobile industry is not necessary, although an advantage.

The role will include:

- Calculating bespoke mobile tariffs, whilst retaining maximum profitability
- Providing proposals for customers in all formats

- Completing all paperwork with accuracy and detail
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service
Salary: Basic £16,000 - £22,000 OTE £30,000 - £35,000 uncapped (negotiable depending on experience).

Role Overview
Responsibilities and attributes required:
The role will include working as part of the service desk team within the office. Working on a daily basis you will work as part of the team on a range of faults and programming requests for our customers and support of field-based engineers.
This is a mixed and varied role involving:
- Remote diagnostics
- Client support
- Remote Installation
- Maintenance
- PBX Support
- Broadband Faults
- Line Faults
NEC, Panasonic and Mitel 5000 experience is preferred. Any additional experience and formal training / accreditations on these products would be desirable.
The successful candidate must have strong communications skills, be well presented, possess a flexible positive attitude and have good problem-solving skills.
