Bronze Care - Service is available Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (excludes Bank Holidays/weekends).

Silver Care - Service is available Monday - Saturday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Gold Care Special Option - Service is available Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm and includes weekends, Bank Holidays and after-hours cover.

Gold Care Premium - Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
